What does MIBRAR® mean?

Micro-Invasive Biological Regenerative Autologous Reconstruction is a comprehensive approach to treating degenerative musculoskeletal disorders, based on utilizing the patient's own regenerative resources.

Unlike traditional surgery, which removes or replaces damaged structures, MIBRAR® restores them from within. Autologous (patient's own) regenerative concentrates are introduced micro-invasively directly into the area of damage, triggering natural biological regeneration processes.

Components of the MIBRAR® method

CGF — Concentrated Growth Factors

Concentrate of growth factors obtained from the patient's venous blood by centrifugation. Contains:

  • Platelet-derived growth factors (PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, IGF)
  • Cytokines with anti-inflammatory effects
  • CD34+ stem cells from peripheral blood
  • Fibrin matrix — scaffold for regeneration

CGF surpasses standard PRP therapy by 5-8 times in growth factor concentration.

Lipogems® — stem cells from adipose tissue

Micro-fragmented autologous adipose tissue containing:

  • Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) — capable of differentiating into chondrocytes, osteocytes, tenocytes
  • Pericytes — cells stabilizing vessels and stimulating angiogenesis
  • Adipocytes with anti-inflammatory properties
  • Extracellular matrix — natural scaffold for cell adhesion

Cyber Navi Hand™

Patented 3D robot-navigator for planning surgical access. Analyzes MRI/CT and creates an individualized route for each patient with precision up to 1° angle and 1 mm depth. Eliminates human factor in determining the entry point.

Sono Control Arm™

Ultrasound manipulator for real-time visualization. Allows control of instrument position and delivery of concentrates without X-ray radiation. Particularly important for joints and soft tissues.

Micro-dimensional Instrumentation

Specially developed endoscopes and instruments for working through punctures 0.3-1.5 mm. Provide access to the most hard-to-reach areas of the Spine and joints without damaging surrounding tissues.
