Two zones

from 11 000 EUR. Two joints or joint + tendon. Lipogems from one harvest used for both zones - savings. For example: both knees, knee + hip joint.

Spine (intradiscal)

from 15 000 EUR. CGF + Lipogems + Cyber Navi Hand navigation. One or two levels. Herniated discs, protrusions, disc degeneration. Most technically complex procedure.

Comprehensive treatment

from 10 000 EUR. Base package: joints or tendons, up to two zones. One blood and adipose tissue harvest used for all zones. Final cost confirmed after MRI evaluation.

Included: consultation with Prof. Babayan, biomaterial harvest, CGF/Lipogems processing, navigation, local anesthesia, follow-up visit and rehabilitation plan. What is included in the cost

Consultation

Examination by Prof. Babayan. MRI evaluation. Treatment plan development. Discussion of expectations and prognosis.

Procedure

Blood draw for CGF. Mini-lipoaspiration for Lipogems (if needed). Biomaterial processing. Navigation (ultrasound or X-ray). Drug injection. Local anesthesia.

Post-procedure

Follow-up visit (next day or remote). Individual rehabilitation plan. Clinic contact for questions. Follow-up ultrasound at 3 months (if visit possible).

Not included

Preoperative tests (can be done at home). MRI (if new needed). Accommodation and travel. Post-procedure physiotherapy (recommendations provided).

Economic feasibility

MIBRAR vs repeated injections

Hyaluronic acid: 300-500 EUR x 3 injections x 2-3 times/year x 10 years = 18 000-45 000 EUR. PRP: 500-800 EUR x 3-5 procedures = 1 500-4 000 EUR (repeat every 1-2 years). MIBRAR: one procedure from 7 500 EUR with lifelong effect.

MIBRAR vs surgery

Knee joint replacement in Germany: 15 000-25 000 EUR + 4-6 weeks rehabilitation + lost income. Spinal fusion: 20 000-40 000 EUR. MIBRAR: from 7 500 EUR, return to work in 1-3 days.

Delaying joint replacement
