Also Treated Using the MIBRAR® Method

In addition to the conditions listed above, the MIBRAR® method is effective for the following spine pathologies:

  • Disc protrusion
  • Foraminal stenosis
  • Scheuermann disease
  • Ankylosing spondylitis
  • Coccygodynia
  • Sacroiliac joint dysfunction

Every case is individual. Send your MRI images for a free assessment of treatment possibilities using the MIBRAR® method.

Why MIBRAR® for the Spine

Without General Anesthesia

All procedures are performed under local anesthesia. The patient remains conscious and can communicate with the doctor.

Without Incisions

Surgical accesses 0.3-1.5 mm — comparable to a syringe needle prick. Tissue integrity is restored within hours.

Multiple Discs at Once

Multiple intervertebral discs and joints can be treated simultaneously in one procedure.

Home the Same Day

Outpatient procedure. Hospitalization is not required. The patient goes home independently.

MIBRAR® Method Advantages

95% of interventions covered

MIBRAR® covers up to 95% of all spinal neurosurgery and orthopedic operations.

No anesthesia or incisions

Outpatient treatment via 0.3-1.5 mm puncture. No general anesthesia or hospitalization.

No age restrictions

Regeneration at any age. Safe for chronic conditions and anesthesia intolerance.

Rapid improvement

Concentrates have analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. Relief within days.

Multiple zones at once

Simultaneous treatment of multiple discs or joints in one procedure.

Home the same day

No crutches, braces or rehabilitation needed. MRI follow-up at 8-16 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions About Spine Treatment

Can a herniated disc be treated without surgery?
Yes. The MIBRAR® method allows regeneration of the intervertebral disc without herniation removal. Lipogems® stem cells and CGF growth factors are introduced intradiscally through a 0.3 mm micropuncture under 3D navigation. Follow-up MRI at 8-16 weeks confirms reduction of the herniation and disc restoration.
How many discs can be treated in one procedure?
MIBRAR® allows treatment of multiple discs in one procedure — typically 2-4 levels. In classical surgery, only one level is operated. Additionally, facet joints and even limb joints can be treated simultaneously.
What spinal conditions does MIBRAR® treat?
MIBRAR® is effective for herniated discs and disc protrusions, spinal stenosis, osteochondrosis, spondylolisthesis, sciatica, facet joint syndrome, and even post-surgical complications (Failed Back Surgery Syndrome). The method is suitable for all spinal regions — cervical, thoracic, and lumbar.
When can I return to work after the procedure?
The procedure is outpatient — the patient goes home the same day. Office work is possible after 2-3 days. Physical activity — after 2-4 weeks. After spinal surgery, recovery takes 3-6 months with brace wear.
How does MIBRAR® differ from PRP therapy for the spine?
PRP contains only platelets without stem cells. MIBRAR® uses CGF (5-10 times more powerful than PRP) + Lipogems® (mesenchymal stem cells). The key difference is 3D navigation delivery directly into the disc, rather than simply into the epidural space. Detailed comparison of PRP and MIBRAR®.
