Yes, the procedure is performed only in person in Munich (the only clinic with full Cyber Navi Hand and Sono Control Arm equipment). Preliminary MRI review and consultation can be remote. Total time in Munich — 2–3 days.

What tests do I need to do before arrival?

Standard set: complete blood count, coagulation panel (INR, aPTT, fibrinogen), biochemistry (glucose, ALT, AST, creatinine), HIV, hepatitis B and C, syphilis. Validity — within 1 month. Full list on the Preparation page.

What medications should be discontinued before the procedure?

Within 7 days — all NSAIDs (ibuprofen, diclofenac, naproxen, meloxicam, celecoxib), aspirin, ginkgo biloba, high-dose Omega-3, vitamin E. Anticoagulants (warfarin, rivaroxaban) — only after coordination with the prescribing physician. Antihypertensives, hypoglycemics, hormonal therapy — continue without changes.

How much does treatment cost and is everything included?

From €7,500 per zone (simple PRP) to €12,000 (comprehensive CGF + Lipogems® protocol on multiple zones). Included: consultation, procedure, consumables, ultrasound navigation, follow-up visits within 12 months. NOT included: hotel, meals, transfer, visa (we can help with discounted booking).

Does insurance cover the procedure?

German private insurance (DKV, Allianz, AXA) — typically covers fully or partially. State insurance (gesetzliche Krankenversicherung) — does not cover (IGeL service). International — case-by-case: receive a treatment plan with ICD-10 and EBM codes for reimbursement application.

We provide an official invitation from the clinic (Einladung) with dates, cost, payment guarantee. Your documents: valid passport, income certificate, traveler health insurance for €30,000 minimum, hotel reservation (we help) and return ticket. Processing time — 10–15 business days.

Who performs the procedure?

All procedures in Munich are personally performed by Prof. Dr. med. Arsen Babayan — author of the MIBRAR® method, working in Germany since 2005. The clinics scientific partner is Prof. Peter Wehling (pioneer of regenerative orthopedics, 100+ PubMed publications). Certified ultrasound-navigation assistants accompany every stage.

In what language is communication?
